The special training course on "Connecting Free Trade Zone Ports with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules to Promote Institutional Op

Recently, the State Council issued the "Several Measures for Pilot Connection with International High Standards and Promoting Institutional Opening in Conditional Free Trade Pilot Zones and Free Trade Ports" (Guo Fa [2023] No. 9). In order to promote the implementation and effectiveness of several measures, the Ministry of Commerce held a special training course on "Docking the Free Trade Zone Port with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules and Promoting Institutional Opening" in Haikou City from July 12 to 14, organizing learning and exchange among the free trade offices of six pilot provinces and cities, relevant leaders from each district, and comrades responsible for specific work.

On July 12th, Director Yang Zhengwei of the Port Department of the Free Trade Zone delivered a mobilization speech and gave a lecture with the theme of "Practice Path for Implementing Institutional Openness in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules"; Conduct research on the construction projects of centralized inspection sites at Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Fruit and Vegetable Group, Pingye New Energy Co., Ltd., Xinhai Port and Nangang's "Second Line Port" (freight), study the application scenarios of relevant policy measures, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of enterprises.
